The Prosperity, Wealth, & Health "Gospel"

The prosperity, wealth, health, and everything is awesome gospel is a gospel of demons.

It is and will cause people to fall away from the faith.

Stand strong. Stand firm. Endure patiently.

No one teacher, person, pastor, or human flesh bag has everything 100% correct. Let the Holy Spirit be your guide; ask for wisdom and discernment from Him.

I have made the mistake of hanging on every word of an individual and I was convicted of that. People are fallible and our understanding can be fallible no matter how educated we are.

Mass delusion is just that. MASS delusion. And it's not always obvious. Sometimes it takes work to deceive us. Sometimes it is a process. Sometimes we get acclimated into accepting something into being true. Sometimes it takes a long time to successfully do this.

Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. Many false prophets will arise and mislead many. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers.

Before you read the Bible, pray for wisdom and understanding.

Ephesians 1:17, James 1:5, 1 Corinthians 2:14, Luke 24:45

Sometimes it's hard to understand parts of the bible. But keep reading. God will give us understanding. We just have to keep seeking His face. Trust His timing. Sometimes matters are concealed for a time we might be better equipped to understand something. Most important, test all things no matter who says it.

"Put no more trust in man, who has only the breath in his nostrils. Of what account is he?"

Isaiah 2:22

"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

Hebrews 4:12

Exposing False Prophets (10 minute Video)

He is enough! (4 minute video)

It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but you have made it a den of thieves. Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He made a whip of cords, and drove them all out of the temple area, with the sheep and the oxen.

He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those selling doves!

Thus says the Lord GOD: Ah, shepherds of Israel who have been feeding yourselves! Should not shepherds feed the sheep?

(Matt 7, Matt 21, Ezek 34, John 2)

A Call to Anguish - 7:00 minute video below. The speaker is David Wilkerson.

I won't go through and list individual people because folks will defend their pet wolf until their dying breath. So the bottom line is, this is a post to encourage others to study for themselves.

I think when we start reading the bible and seeking the Living God ourselves, we start finding more and more things like what's mentioned here in this picture below. I think that's why Jesus warned sooooo many times to not be deceived.

We are also told to work out our salvation with fear and trembling.

Eternity is forever, family. We don't know when we will take our last breath.

"Below is an excellent video that portrays how information can change when handed down from person to person, generation to generation.

Don’t be tempted to watch the first few minutes and think that will tell you all you need to know. Watch til the end. Don’t look away.

The lesson of this video is 7 minutes long; the more you watch it the more your eyes will be opened. I have watched the entire thing more than once and each time I take it to soul – much deeper than taking it to heart.

See how truth, passed from person to person, can change, subtly from generation to generation, but drastically from start to finish.

Remember, Details Matter To God." Seeking Scripture by Christy Jordan (Source for the above quote)

We won't be able to identify false prophets or false teachings if we aren't studying to show ourselves approved.

► Bible Reading: Matthew 7:22-24 Matthew 24:11 & 24 Deut 18:15-22

Test everything, hold tight to what is good.~ 1 Thess 5:21

This is a post to encourage and remind myself and others to study for themselves.

1 Chronicles 16:22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

This is not the post to bring that ^ cherry picked scripture on, either. We are in very deceitful times and I'm not having it.

I’m reminded to be wise and GENTLE. If something isn’t presented in love, we are nothing but clanging brass! And if a false teacher caused someone to open their bible, and begin studying for themselves, then God STILL gets the glory. I am sure that I am incorrect about much; but we keep learning, unlearning, and praying for God to lead us to all truth.

We won’t know what or who is false until we read the word of God for ourselves, though. I must warn family and friends not to put any human on a pedestal like I see all the time.

We must seek Him ourselves and KNOW Him and Him know us. Especially if we want faith that endures and be able to discern His voice from allllll the voices around us. It’s so noisy out here!

We can be bold and truthful without being clanging brass.

(Luke 6:21-23)

21Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’

23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’

I will also share some things in the comments below that have been helpful to me.

The grace of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.
