Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. Galatians 6:7
Those who mock God will mock the people of God as well. We are not to be afraid of those that can harm the flesh physically or with words. We are to fear the One that can destroy both soul and flesh.
Believers: We are guilty of mockery when we behave with an outward show of spirituality or godliness without an inward engagement or change of heart.
What does it mean that 'God is not mocked'?
But if you speak against the Holy Spirit, you can never be forgiven. That sin will be held against you forever. Mark 3:29 ...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Philippians 2:12

Claiming to be wise, they became fools.
