With every passing absurdity we see in the world today, many are saying to themselves, "Surely NOW people will see how absurd things are!"

But quite the opposite is happening.

Seems people have the ability to go along longer with the absurdities than we can imagine.

Stein's Law: If something can't go on forever, it won't.

The crazy (not pointing out anything specific) we're seeing presently is not sustainable. People can't keep living this way. There will be either a revolt back to normalcy or the perpetrators (the ones behind all the crazy), are doing it for a means of control.

We are living in a transitional time. For example, in NK, it's a totalitarian society - but it's not a looney bin. What we have here in the U.S., is a looney bin.

The chaos is created so that order can come of it. The goal is for there to be so much chaos and division, we're begging for order....begging the ones who created the chaos and division to come in like a superhero.

Cancel culture and political correctness are designed to be absurd. Sometimes it's not even clear what either "side" is for or against. People just want to yell if you don't believe the same.

When dealing with an absurdity, one side knows it's absurd.

The goal is to get the other side to go along with the absurdity. By getting people to go along with an absurdity, it demonstrates they have complete control over you.

Ultimately, people just want to be right and want people to agree with them. This happens in small scale settings (at work, school, etc) and in large scale situations (the mainstream media, government edicts, social justice on a mass scale, etc).

Meanwhile, there's an entire "side" being gaslighted. A little empathy goes a long way.

If the majority starts saying the sky is pink and it's clearly not pink and you disagree, the issue is not that you're not agreeing so much - instead, you'll get accused of being a coward or some other strawman argument or derogatory name.

Do not debate with people in which the facts are clearly going right over their head.

People often debate not to convince, but to declare their right to be the one who declares what is true. Read that again.

Sometimes people KNOW something isn't right. But they will still defend it until their last breath.

People change. God does not. We will all stand before Him one day. So keep that in mind.

I guess what I'm going on about here is - you're not fighting the absurdity (whatever it OR whoever it is).

It's a battle for your mind.

Since the day God opened my eyes and knocked the scales off, I've looked at the world in a way that everything comes back to a battle for the mind. The goal is to break you.

Be strong. Be courageous. Stand up for what's right. But be careful who you cast your pearls to. We were warned about this.

Child of God, you are the salt of the earth. Salt prevents decay. Be the salt and light.

Matthew 5:13-16

I am not talking about any specific debate or absurdity; I'm sure we all have one on our mind as we read what I've said here.

The list would be endless.

Sharing this scripture because sometimes we need constant reminders.

1 Corinthians 3:16

"Do you not know that you are 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?"

2 Thess 2:3-4

"Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱, proclaiming himself to be God.
